Brilliant morning at Paddy Twomey’s

We enjoyed a fantastic visit to Paddy Twomey’s yard in County Tipperary to see our two year old Havana Grey filly, River Trieux.

Paddy’s yard enjoys one of the most spectacular, picturesque settings around and we were treated to some wonderful weather for our first visit to see our promising juvenile, who has been showing up well in her work at home.

She went for a racecourse gallop last month and Paddy was delighted with how it went, so we are all really looking forward to seeing her in action on the racecourse.  At this stage, she looks 5-6 weeks off a run, so we are looking at starting off in mid-June.

We were very well looked after by Paddy’s team and look forward to our next visit to Athaseel House Stud later this summer.
