Cottie joins the team at Henry de Bromhead’s

 In Pimlico Racing Blog

We have been looking for our next horse to go to Henry de Bromhead’s for the past few weeks, so were delighted to get a deal across the line to purchase Cottie, who becomes our fourth syndicate horse at Knockeen.

The six-year-old daughter of Yeats has shown a really good level of form in four runs in bumpers, finishing second on her debut at the Galway Festival last year to the unbeaten, top-class prospect Shewearsitwell, and went on to finish fifth in a Listed bumper at Gowran Park in November.

She ticks all the boxes, as she has a pedigree that suggests she can develop into a very useful performer when sent jumping, while she also has the physique and scope to suggest she can make the grade as a chaser in due course.

We are really excited to have purchased her and look forward to seeing her in action for us in the new season.
