Progressive Mourzouk scores again

Mourzouk has done nothing but improve since being sent hurdling and he supplemented his Ffos Las win last month with a battling success under a penalty at Warwick yesterday.

He needed the assistance of the stewards (and an excellent ride from Charlie Price), having been beaten a neck in the race itself, but the interference after the last saw him lose a front shoe and there’s little doubt it made the difference between victory and defeat.

The €12,000 purchase looks a talented hurdler in the making and once again, there was a great turnout from syndicate members.

The plan remains to keep him on the go for the next few months, before giving him a break towards the end of the summer.  Congratulations to all involved!
