Innatendue beaten a neck at Cheltenham

 In Pimlico Racing Blog

Innatendue finished a fine second on her first outing in the Pimlico Racing colours at Cheltenham on Sunday, beaten just a neck.

It was a wonderful run on her first start since she was purchased privately at in the summer and a really exciting season awaits.  Though it was frustrating to get so close to a Cheltenham winner at the November meeting, the performance bodes very well for the season ahead and we’ll be looking to gain black type with her this season.  A Graded bumper winner in her native France, she was subsequently placed at Graded and Listed level over hurdles for her previous connections and we couldn’t be more excited about her prospects.

We had a great day at Cheltenham, with many of her syndicate owners in attendance, and look forward to her next outing which, all being well, will be just before Christmas.
