5%: €1,950 upfront, then €170 a month from 1st November 2026
10%: €3,900 upfront, then €340 a month from 1st November 2026
20%: €7,800 upfront, then €680 a month from 1st November 2026
30%: €11,700 upfront, then €1,020 a month from 1st November 2026
