5%: £1,200 upfront then £170 a month from 1st July 2026
10%: £2,400 upfront then £340 a month from 1st July 2026
20%: £4,800 upfront then £680 a month from 1st July 2026
25%: £6,000 upfront then £850 a month from 1st July 2026
