I Am Mimi runs at the Punchestown Festival

I Am Mimi will have his first run in the colours of the Pimlico Flooring Porter Partnership in the concluding bumper on day 4 of the Punchestown Festival tomorrow.

The Gavin Cromwell-trained five year old is a first joint venture between Pimlico Racing and the Flooring Porter syndicate, who have enjoyed huge success in recent seasons with their dual Stayers’ Hurdle winner Flooring Porter.

Runner-up on his racecourse debut at Punchestown in November to a subsequent Listed winner, I Am Mimi reappears in what is a highly-competitive renewal of the 2m3f bumper, but he looks a talented individual in his work at home and hopefully a big run awaits for the bang in-form Gavin Cromwell.  Good luck to all of his owners!
